Oh yeah, here's anotherfuckup from Fat Cat on CD. This is pointless! If you're going torelease a CD compilation of some of the 12" only releases, then compilethe whole damned series, not just highlights and charge a full pricefor this shit.
Oh yeah, here's anotherfuckup from Fat Cat on CD. This is pointless! If you're going torelease a CD compilation of some of the 12" only releases, then compilethe whole damned series, not just highlights and charge a full pricefor this shit. To add to the tease, included is a list of all the 12"singles in the split series released (just to let you know everythingyou're missing!) Okay, the music is fine and okay and all, but come onguys, put the whole goddamned thing out or don't bother with a CDrelease. The selection on here includes Janek Schaffer from the splitwith Pan American (the superb Pan American track does not howeverappear on the disc), a track from the v/vm split with Third EyeFoundation (there were 4 v/vm tracks on that 12" but only one appearson the disc) while if I'm not mistaken, the Third Eye Foundation trackis considerably shortened. Merzbow's "Ab Hunter" appears to be the onlything on here in its original form - clocking in around 15 minutes -however the AMM side of that 12" single is missing. Save your money andbuy the stinking 12" singles. Maybe somebody from Fat Cat mightactually read this review and reconsider releasing CDs.
